This webinar will briefly present the activities and services offered at CICN, highlighting how interventional clinical trials are essential to scientifically underpin and add value to new food products or dietary supplements. Recent and upcoming studies on pre-, pro- and postbiotics will illustrate the range of parameters and methodologies that can be explored and evaluated at the center.
