Abstract submissions are welcome for consideration for the FoodBooster 2026 Conference.

The overall theme of the FoodBooster 2026 Conference is emerging tools to improve our nutritional environment. Presentations can take the form of a 10-minute oral technical communication, or that of a poster presentation. All posters related to the overall conference theme are welcome. For the oral presentations, this theme will be further examined in three sub-thematic sessions: probiotics, prebiotics and bioactive peptides, as these three ingredients are central to the IIS FoodBooster.

Abstracts for poster or technical presentations must be submitted before February 20, 2026 11:59 PM (CET) using the following form: FoodBooster 2026 Abstract Submission

  • Technical presentations held during the thematic sessions should not exceed 10 minutes + 3 minutes of questions from the audience.
  • The PowerPoint and the presentation must be in English.
  • We recommend to use the widescreen (16:9) screen size.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • The posters must be presented in vertical A0 format (841 mm x 1189 mm).
  • We offer the opportunity to pitch your poster with one static slide, during the Flash Poster Sessions. The pitch should not exceed 1 minute and is not a summary of the poster, but rather a teaser that encourages participants to go and see it.
